FRIENDS is an exhibition that features work by four accomplished local artists. Come support new art as you appreciate the eclectic work of PYRO Member, Bob Lockhart and his guest artists Lynn Duke, Amber Thieneman, and Cédric Ballarati.

**BOB LOCKHART**

My art is made using oil pastels, a creative mind, a fantastic imagination, and a superlative education

**LYNN DUKE**

I am drawn to texture and color when creating my ceramics. I don’t plan anything; sort of let it come to me as I work and play with the clay as it opens my mind and frees me from any problems I might have.

**AMBER THIENEMAN**

Drawing lines is a meditative practice for me. I follow them to an unknown destination and am consistently surprised by landscapes, water, flowers, cells, and galaxies. Entire worlds reveal themselves in different ways to each viewer.

CÉDRIC BALLARATI

Photography is about writing with light, isn’t it? My photography depicts the complexities of life. In every picture, so elementary and obvious in appearance, the intricacies of our planet are unveiled. Even if it looks harder and harder to live with those layers of complexity, I want to surpass the overwhelming depression and keep the over massing beauty.
